Strength and Conditioning Workouts for PACT Boys who will be 7th grade and above for the 2018-19 school year. Primarily for Boys Baseball, Basketball and Soccer players but open to any boys interested in improving their strength, conditioning, agility, quickness or explosiveness. Workouts will be run by either Coach Thompson, Coach Hedberg or Coach Coleman. Workouts will be Wednesdays 11:30-12:30 and Saturdays 2:00-3:00pm.
